While in Delhi, we invited a network of contacts to attend the preview of our new film – showcasing one student’s journey through an undergraduate degree at Edinburgh.
Apurv Gupta, a final year student in International Relations and Law, shares his inspiring story in the short video about his four years in Edinburgh and all that he he managed to achieve in that time.

The video was introduced by University of Edinburgh Principal Professor Sir Timothy O’Shea, and James Brokenshire MP, UK Minister of State for Immigration, who took time to explain, in the following video, why he’s been impressed by Edinburgh’s work with partners across India.

We were delighted to be joined by a large crowd of Edinburgh alumni who were able to relive their Edinburgh experiences, share their own stories and make new connections.
It was wonderful to catch up with so many familiar faces and to meet new new ones – as always, the pride and affection that Edinburgh alumni hold for our institution was obvious. All in all, a night to remember!
